INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Packages are sent with Swedish Post as a letter below 2 kilos and as a parcel with tracking nr above 2 kilos. Let us know if you have another preference. Normal weight for a pedal is 500-600 grams. (SEK incl 25% VAT in EU and no VAT outside EU)

VAT

All SEK prices in the shop includes 25% Swedish VAT and all Swedish taxes. Customers from EU countries will be charged VAT. Customers outside EU countries will not be charged VAT. Companies from EU countries that can provide a valid VAT-ID will not be charged VAT.

14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We have a special THESE GO TO 11 return policy on all our products* which means you have two weeks right to return the product purhased from us. Please, just contact us as soon as possible to take care of the practical things related to the return. Returns are allowed within 14 days after you receive the goods. Also please note, that the goods must be delivered to us in the same state, that they were when you received it. This includes packaging material. The buyer is required to pay the shipping expenses. Swedish customers will be sent a return waybill and will be responsible for the return cost. *NOTE: Pickups, Tubes, and Pickup Parts ARE NOT RETURNABLE. We can't resell them once they have been installed.

WARRANTY

All new items sold at THESE GO TO 11 comes with a 1-year warranty. Some manufacturers offer additional factory-warranty, this does not affect your statutory rights. All second hand/vintage items comes with a limited 3-months warranty. If an item needs repair - send it to us, weÕll fix it and send it back. The return fee is the customers responsibility. The warranty are limited to factory faults only. The warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the unit. E.g. if you used the wrong powersupply and burned out the unit you will have to take care of the repair.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INFORMATION

THESE GO TO 11 use a payment service solution from PAYEX. This service uses the strictest security requirements. With credit card payments, your credit card information is process via PAYEX secure server and the information is not available to anyone else than PAYEX. We only receive an acknowledgement that the card was authorized for payment. You pay when the product is shipped. If we are momentarily sold out of the product you have ordered, your card will not be charged before we send it. We try to make the time between when you pay and when you receive the product as short as possible.

These changes can include pedal color, number of knobs, knob placement, knob style, knob color, jack placement, presence or absence of LEDs, etc. We try to update product pictures and descriptions ASAP, but sometimes things slip beneath the radar. If you want to be absolutely sure of the presence or absence of a specific feature, email us before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee that the item you receive will look EXACTLY like the picture on our Web site, and you are still responsible for all shipping/handling charges (both ways) if you return it to us, so please check with us first, if the looks are important. THESE GO TO 11 is not responsible for typographic errors. We reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities of purchased items. THESE GO TO 11 retains the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
